it has been confirmed that chalet is on the 11 dec, monday, to 13 dec wednesday.
please note that we can check in before 2.30pm on the 11th and have to check out BEFORE 10.30am on 13th dec. if not there will be an additional surcharge...
the chalet will be at Costa Sand, next to the downtown east. it's has 2 storeys.
sry for the sudden change of date of the chalet, as da ren has blur-blurly booked the wrong week.
assuming that 25 people are going for the chalet...
total cost for food and drinks for bbq, breakfast and snacks: $200
total cost for booking the chalet: $260
total cost for the tribute to school: $100
so overall total cost: $560
conclusion: each person please pay $22.40. (most probably is to me...)
